Harbour and boat trips

Worth visiting are the Winery Industrial Museum in Balatonboglár, the Lace Museum in Balatonendréd, or the Africa Museum in Balatonederics, where Dr. Endre Nagy's collection of trophies, ethnographic objects and exotic and domestic live animals gathered over 40 years are on display.

We have already mentioned the memorial houses of painter József Egry and operetta composer Imre Kálmán, but we must not forget the memorial museums of poet Attila József in Balatonszárszó, actor Zoltán Latinovics in Balatonszemes, and politician Endre Bajcsy-Zsilinszky.
Be sure to visit the Imre Kálmán Memorial House of the world-famous operetta composer, the Water Tower with its panoramic view over Lake Balaton, as well as the city's galleries and temporary exhibitions.
